I was attracted to the world of Yoga because of my passion for wellness and personal growth. I have years of experience in personal studies in Yoga + Wellness combined with experience as a Massage Therapist + Personal Trainer, has allowed me to create this well rounded experience in each of my classes. I believe movement is key to ones overall wellbeing and yoga is a great way to create balance in the mind and body, no matter your skill level.
My classes are centered around movement + flow - combined with grounded, mindful meditation with key components of self acceptance, positivity, peace, and self awareness. These principals allow me to help guide the student down a path of connection with one's mind, body & self. As a natural empath and nurturing spirit, I will meet you where you are and encourage & lead you to a place you desire to be.
I am a certified 200 RYT with Baptiste Yoga since 2018, with continuing education in Yoga Medicine, Mindful Meditation, and Trauma Training.
